We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Architect to assist in the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects. The candidate will work closely with senior architects and project teams to prepare drawings, develop design concepts, coordinate with consultants, and support project documentation from concept through construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing architectural designs, concepts, and presentations.
- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
- Develop 2D and 3D models using architectural software.
- Support the preparation of project documentation, specifications, and reports.
- Ensure drawings comply with local building regulations and project requirements.
- Assist in material selection, detailing, and preparation of BOQs.
- Participate in client meetings and project discussions.
- Maintain project records and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 0–3 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Knowledge of building construction methods and materials.
- Understanding of local building codes and regulations.
- Strong design, visualization, and presentation skills.
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
