Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Executive Intern to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting. This internship offers hands-on experience in providing technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and assisting employees with day-to-day IT-related issues.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and applications.
- Assist in setting up laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Support email configuration and user account management.
- Help maintain network connectivity and resolve basic networking issues.
- Maintain records of IT assets and inventory.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees from an IT perspective.
- Ensure systems are updated with the latest software and security patches.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT team members.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Understanding of computer hardware and networking fundamentals.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Eligibility
- Pursuing or completed B.Tech/B.E. (CS/IT), BCA, MCA, B.Sc. Computer Science, or Diploma in Computer Engineering.

Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP.
- Familiarity with printer installation and configuration.
- Exposure to Active Directory or Office 365 is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
