Job Title: AC Technician Helper

Job Summary:
We are looking for a hardworking AC Technician Helper to assist senior technicians in installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems. The candidate should be physically fit, willing to learn, and able to work on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist technicians in installing and servicing AC units (split, window, etc.)
- Help in carrying tools, equipment, and materials to job sites
- Clean AC units, filters, and work areas
- Support in basic tasks like wiring, drilling, and fitting
- Assist in gas filling and leak checking (under supervision)
- Follow instructions from senior technicians
- Ensure safety practices at the workplace
- Maintain tools and keep them organized
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of AC or electrical work (preferred but not mandatory)
- Willingness to learn and work in field conditions
- Physical fitness for lifting and outdoor work
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
Preferred:
- ITI (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning / Electrician) – added advantage
- Prior helper experience is a plus
