Job Profile / Key Responsibilities
- Generate bills for food and beverage purchases accurately.
- Receive payments through cash, card, UPI, and other approved payment modes.
- Maintain daily cash collections and prepare shift-wise cash reports.
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.
- Provide courteous customer service to patients, attendants, visitors, and staff.
- Coordinate with F&B service staff and supervisors regarding billing issues.
- Maintain records of sales, discounts, refunds, and complimentary items.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the billing counter.
- Follow hospital policies, financial procedures, and infection control practices.
- Report discrepancies or system issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Basic knowledge of billing software and POS systems.
- Good numerical and cash-handling skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in transactions.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high customer volume.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, billing software).
- Integrity, honesty, and accountability.
- Teamwork and professional behavior.
Educational Qualification
- B.Com+ Diploma or certification in Accounting, Commerce, Hospitality, or related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in cashiering, retail, hospitality, or healthcare F&B services is an advantage.
Pay: ₹10,201.14 - ₹20,440.11 per month
