Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, and operationally strong Branch Manager to lead the overall performance of our branch. This is a leadership position responsible for driving revenue growth, managing branch operations, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, proven team leadership experience, operational discipline, and the ability to build a performance-oriented culture. The Branch Manager will serve as the primary owner of branch profitability, customer satisfaction, employee performance, and overall business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Growth
- Own and drive branch-level revenue targets and business growth objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market penetration and customer acquisition.
- Monitor lead generation, conversion rates, customer engagement, and sales performance metrics.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth channels within the region.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of all qualified leads generated through marketing, referrals, and business development activities.
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews and forecast branch performance accurately.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, coach, and develop a team of sales, operations, and support professionals.
- Establish clear KPIs, performance expectations, and accountability measures across the branch.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, one-on-one meetings, and team development sessions.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on ownership, customer satisfaction, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Identify skill gaps and implement training initiatives to improve team effectiveness and productivity.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of high-quality talent.
Branch Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure seamless execution of all business activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, operational procedures, compliance standards, and reporting requirements.
- Monitor branch productivity, workflow efficiency, and service quality standards.
- Maintain operational controls to ensure accuracy, transparency, and accountability across all functions.
- Resolve operational challenges proactively and implement process improvements where required.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Handle customer escalations, service concerns, and complex business situations professionally.
- Ensure a superior customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Gather customer feedback and work with management to improve products, services, and delivery standards.
Reporting & Strategic Execution
- Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, sales metrics, operational effectiveness, and business forecasts.
- Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring corrective action.
- Collaborate with senior management to implement company initiatives, growth strategies, and expansion plans.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales leadership, branch management, business development, or operations management.
- Demonstrated experience managing teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and business reporting tools.
- Experience in education, consulting, recruitment, hospitality, financial services, or service-based industries is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
