We are looking for an experienced HR professional who can strengthen our people practices and support the hospital's continued growth.
Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive / HR Manager to manage end-to-end human resource functions in a hospital environment. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and induction.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other employment regulations.
- Support performance management, training, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, disciplinary processes, and exit formalities.
- Maintain HR documentation and MIS reports with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements and workforce planning.
- Support NABH standards by maintaining HR documentation, training records, and compliance requirements.
- Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with the hospital's values.
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
- Additional certifications in HR, labour laws, or payroll management will be an advantage.
Experience
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.
- Experience handling recruitment, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, HR operations, and employee engagement.
- Prior experience in NABH-accredited hospitals is preferred.
