Job Description
Sai Ply Private Limited is looking for a proactive and technically skilled Junior IT Executive to support and maintain the company's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in intercom systems, networking, and basic hardware/software troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of intercom systems.
- Manage and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network connectivity issues.
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure smooth business operations.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and IT-related services.
- Maintain IT asset records and documentation.
- Assist employees with software and system-related issues.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in networking and intercom system management.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple IT support tasks.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
