Nextuple is looking for a Senior Support Engineerto join its rapidly expanding team.
A Sr. Support Engineer supports the order management system (OMS) deployed in production by the client. The role requires a combination of functional knowledge of the solution, and technical knowledge of the OMS solution. The Sr Technical Support is a customer-facing role, and involves triaging issues, building, and rolling out the fixes and enhancements.
Job Requirements:

Responding to customer reported issues in a timely manner.
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve issues related to the OMS solution.
- Code and build fixes and rollout to production.
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.

Collaborating effectively with a distributed team responsible for the other applications.
- Prioritizing and managing several open issues at one time.
- Work cross-functionally across geographies and time zones.
Working in shifts that may include nights, weekends and holidays depending on rotation.

Essential Qualifications:
- 6+ years of IT experience with at least 4 + years of technical support experience for Ecommerce or order management projects
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical and/or supply chain field, or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge and experience working with Java, J2EE, Rest APIs, XMLs, XSLs, and JSON is mandatory.
- Experience with build, unit test, and review code and configuration
- Develop unit test and QA test plans and perform testing.
- Participate in day-to-day interactions with clients and team members.
- Must be self-motivated and assertive while possessing the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a team environment.
- Excellent writing, analytical and quality assurance skills with exceptional attention to accuracy and details.
- Ability to quickly learn new skills with minimal direction.
- Experience with Digital Commerce, Order Management, Order Fulfillment and overall supply chain and supporting systems (Commerce Platforms, OMS, WMS, TMS, Planning and Replenishment).
Proficient in Jira and familiar with Agile methodologies.

Demonstrates attention to details.
- Experience with retail Order Management System such as IBM Sterling Distributed Order Management (DOM), Manhattan OMS, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud Order Management.
- Experience with IBM Sterling Order Hub and Global Inventory Visibility (GIV) and/or Inventory Visibility (IV).
- Has ability to work in a lightweight process environment, including requirements and test planning documentation.
Self-motivated and works with minimal direction.
