About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, proactive Logistics Operations & HR Executive to lead daily transport operations, performance tracking, and site workforce coordination.
This role is ideal for an operational leader who excels at data tracking, holding field teams accountable, and presenting performance reports to management. You will directly manage operational outcomes while handling local personnel duties.

Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Performance Management
- Daily Briefings: Conduct mandatory daily operational review meetings at 7:00 AM (Morning Planning) and 7:00 PM (Evening Review).
- Management Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dashboard presentations for senior management on fleet movement, vehicle turnaround time, idle hours, and costs.
- Performance Troubleshooting: Identify root causes of transport underperformance or delays and execute immediate corrective actions.
- Operations Tracking: Oversee site loading/unloading, driver movements, route discipline, and fleet efficiency.
HR & Site Workforce Coordination
- Workforce Management: Track daily attendance, shift rosters and leave for site staff.
- Hiring & Onboarding: Manage local sourcing, hiring, and basic onboarding for field personnel, drivers, and site operators.
- Staff Discipline: Enforce site discipline, address operational grievances, and resolve worker issues on-site.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–5 years in logistics operations, fleet management, or operational HR/Admin roles.
- Reporting Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel (data handling/dashboards) and PowerPoint for executive presentations.
- Shift Readiness: Must be flexible to align with 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM daily meeting checkpoints.
- Traits: Strong communication skills, high accountability, and a firm approach to site execution.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
