Key Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and maintain engineering equipment and systems in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
Ensure smooth functioning of HVAC systems, utilities, water systems, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted production.
Monitor utility parameters and maintain records as per GMP and company requirements.
Support engineering projects, equipment installation, commissioning, and validation activities.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, cGMP, and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain documentation, logbooks, and maintenance records accurately.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient plant operations.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
Knowledge of electrical or mechanical maintenance in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or process industries.
Understanding of HVAC systems, utilities, water treatment systems, and BMS operations.
Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with GMP documentation and safety practices.
