ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Content Creator to handle Social Media pages from start to finish. In this role, you won't just post updates you will help decide how brands look, feel, and talk online. From coming up with fun ideas and tracking trends to using AI video tools and designing graphics, you will turn creative ideas into Reels, videos, and posts that connect with our audience and grow our page.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Map out, organize, and maintain a comprehensive monthly content calendar ensuring consistent posting.
- Collaborate on defining and evolving the brand’s visual identity and market positioning across all social channels.
- Come up with exciting, new ideas for daily posts, Instagram Reels, stories, and videos.
- Actively monitor social media trends, viral audio tracks, and platform algorithm updates to quickly adapt content.
- Use modern AI video tools to write scripts, generate video clips, and create video assets quickly.
- Shoot, edit, and format raw footage manually for Reels, Shorts, etc.
- Write compelling, platform-specific captions, attention-grabbing hooks, and clear calls-to-action (CTAs).
- Design visually striking designs and interactive carousels that align with brand guidelines.
- Create visually striking images, video covers, and carousel posts using simple design tools.
- Upload and schedule posts across all our channels using social media management tools.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience managing social media pages and making videos.
- Experience using basic AI tools for making text, images, or video clips.
- Good at using mobile video editing apps and easy design platforms.
- Someone who understands how a single post connects to the bigger brand image.
- Strong command of language with the ability to write in a tone that is engaging & conversational.
- Someone who can manage their own daily tasks and meet posting deadlines.
- Able to visualise a design upon hearing a plan from the client and creative director.
PREFERRED TOOL KNOWLEDGE:
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with, or quick to master, the following applications:
- Design & Editing: Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or VN Editor.
- AI Video & Generation Tools: Runway, Sora, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, ClaudeAI or similar creative AI platforms.
- The applicant should have knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator / CorelDraw or any other Graphic Designing software.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
