FMCG work experience is highly appriciated, key responsiblities as below
- Managing customer interactions, handling complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Answering customer inquiries, providing information, and communicating with customers clearly and concisely. Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chat queries.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate customer records in excel day to day.
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff when required
- Prepare daily reports on customer interactions
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
