1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for corporate, leadership, and support roles.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final meetings with head office department heads.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience by introducing new hires to company culture, IT setups, and office policies.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate employees regarding their grievances, queries, and feedback.
- Mediate workplace conflicts to maintain a positive, professional, and respectful environment.
- Plan and execute employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and workplace wellness initiatives.
3. HR Operations, Compliance & Payroll
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and highly confidential personnel files and data.
- Ensure all head office practices comply with state and central employment/labor laws.
- Process and verify monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, and bonuses) in coordination with the finance team.
- Administer employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave tracking.
4. Performance Management
- Administer the annual and mid-year performance review processes for corporate staff.
- Track and report on key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rate, time-to-hire) to help senior leadership make informed decisions.
- Coordinate training and development programs to upskill head office personnel.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
