Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handling end-to-end recruitment for International Voice & Non-Voice roles. Managing bulk/mass hiring for international customer support, tele-calling & inbound/outbound processes. Sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, walk-ins Screening applicants based on communication skills, process fit, stability & shift flexibility. Conducting telephonic HR interviews and shortlisting suitable candidates. Scheduling interviews with Hiring Managers / Operations Team. Closing positions within defined TAT & daily/weekly hiring targets. Maintaining daily trackers, MIS, and candidate pipeline. Managing offer rollout, salary negotiation & joining follow-ups. Coordinating onboarding with operations & training teams. Building a strong database for immediate & future hiring.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year experience in BPO hiring (must) Strong experience in bulk hiring / volume hiring Good understanding of BPO processes, shifts, salary structures & communication levels Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Hands-on sourcing skills using Naukri search, mass mailing, Boolean search, social media Good negotiation & coordination ability Ability to work under pressure and meet closure deadlines
Education:
- Any Graduate MBA HR preferred but not mandatory
