We are looking for a responsible and energetic candidate to support daily office activities and handle telecalling tasks. The role requires good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: Office Assistant Duties:
- Assist in day-to-day office work
- Maintain files, documents, and records
- Handle data entry and basic documentation
- Manage office supplies and ensure cleanliness
- Support accounts and administrative tasks
- Coordinate with team members and management
- Make outbound calls to customers/leads
- Follow up with potential clients
- Maintain call records and customer database
- Provide product/service information clearly
- Help in generating leads and business
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (English & local language)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)
- Ability to handle customers politely
- Good organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
