About Us: Highcrest Trading is a rapidly expanding FMCG and commodity trading company, proudly managing premium brands like KeralaChai and Elaichi Gold. As we grow our operations across Kerala and international markets, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administration Assistant to ensure our Kochi corporate office runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including opening and closing procedures for the Kochi office.
- Handle front desk duties, welcoming clients, vendors, and walk-in customers with a professional attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general business inquiries.
- Maintain and order office supplies, ensuring all departments have the resources they need.
- Assist in basic data entry, filing, and organizing physical and digital company records.
- Provide general administrative support to the Managing Director and the wider corporate team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (Freshers with strong organizational skills are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, especially MS Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Malayalam.
- A friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced business environment.
