The Principal will provide academic, administrative, and strategic leadership to Animaster Design College, ensuring excellence in teaching, student outcomes, faculty development, and institutional growth. The role involves maintaining compliance with Bengaluru City University, UGC, and Government of Karnataka regulations while fostering innovation in Design, Animation, VFX, UI/UX, Filmmaking and AI-powered Creative Technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all academic and administrative operations of the college.
- Ensure compliance with Bengaluru City University, UGC, and statutory regulations.
- Drive academic excellence, curriculum implementation, and quality assurance.
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty while promoting continuous professional development.
- Strengthen industry partnerships, internships, placements, and collaborative projects.
- Support student success through academic guidance, discipline, and career development.
- Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to achieve enrolment goals.
- Represent the college with the university, regulatory bodies, industry, and external stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of innovation, research, and industry-integrated learning.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
