Experience: 3 – 5 Years
Qualification: Graduation Pass
Salary: ₹5 – 6 LPA
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Presales Executives to handle lead management, client interactions, and support the sales team in driving site visits and conversions for Luxury Residential Real Estate projects. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage and nurture prospective buyers through the initial stages of the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming leads from digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and inquiries
- Interact with prospective buyers and explain project details, pricing, and features
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients to drive engagement
- Manage lead data and track conversions through CRM systems
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover
- Prepare lead reports and update management on inquiry trends
- Ensure excellent customer interaction and professional communication
Prefered Skills:
- Strong communication and client handling skills
- Experience in real estate presales or lead management
- Ability to manage high volumes of leads and follow-ups
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Good to have knowledge of CRM tools and lead tracking systems
