Telecaller

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and handle inbound calls professionally.
- Explain company projects and services to prospective customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.
- Follow up with prospects and schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate call records and customer data.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of telecalling.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Confident, well-groomed, and customer-focused personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
