Lead Generation Executive – UK Energy Campaign (Telesales)
Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and target-driven professionals to join our UK Energy Campaign team as Lead Generation Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging UK-based customers through outbound calls, introducing energy-saving solutions, and generating qualified leads for electricity and gas switching services.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to customers in the UK using the provided database
- Introduce and explain electricity and gas switching services in a professional manner
- Educate customers about cost-saving benefits, competitive plans, and energy solutions
- Build customer interest through effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Qualify leads by gathering important customer information such as:
- Current energy supplier
- Monthly/average bill amount
- Contract renewal status
- Switching interest and eligibility
- Transfer qualified and interested leads to the sales/closing team
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- Follow company scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards
- Handle objections confidently and maintain professionalism during calls
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment
- Ability to handle rejection and customer objections positively
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in telesales, lead generation, or international calling is preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply
