Core Responsibilities
- Instruction and Curriculum: Develop, plan, and deliver comprehensive math lessons that adhere to state and school standards. This includes explaining complex concepts, such as calculus or trigonometry, in understandable terms.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Create and grade assignments, quizzes, and tests to measure student understanding and progress.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, orderly, and productive learning environment.
- Student Support: Identify and support students with diverse learning needs, including providing extra help or more challenging material.
- Communication: Regularly communicate with parents, guardians, and administration regarding student performance and behavior.
- Professional Development: Stay updated with new curriculum developments and educational technologies.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
