We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager – Real Estate to identify, evaluate, and acquire premium residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, an extensive broker and developer network, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to source profitable real estate opportunities that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source residential, commercial, industrial, and land acquisition opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, brokers, developers, channel partners, and investors.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging locations, investment opportunities, and pricing trends.
- Evaluate properties based on location, pricing, legal documentation, and investment potential.
- Coordinate property inspections, site visits, and due diligence activities.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and acquisition agreements.
- Work closely with legal, finance, sales, and project teams to ensure smooth property acquisition.
- Verify ownership documents, approvals, and statutory compliances before acquisition.
- Prepare sourcing reports, feasibility studies, and investment recommendations.
- Track market competition and maintain a database of available properties.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sourcing targets.
- Participate in networking events, property exhibitions, and industry meetings.
- Ensure all sourcing activities comply with company policies and RERA regulations.

- Experience with residential, commercial, or land acquisition projects is preferred.
Pay: ₹58,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per month
