Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) for a leading BPO/ITES organization in Pune. The ideal candidate will work closely with business leaders to drive HR strategies, employee engagement, workforce management, and organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals
- Manage Employee Relations and resolve employee grievances effectively
- Drive Performance Management and Talent Management initiatives
- Handle stakeholder management across multiple business functions
- Support workforce planning, retention, and employee engagement activities
- Ensure HR policies and processes are implemented effectively
- Analyze HR metrics and recommend process improvements
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of overall HR experience
- Minimum 10+ years of HRBP experience in BPO/ITES industry
- Strong knowledge of Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Talent Management
- Experience managing large workforce operations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
