- Team Size: 7–8 members
- Direct Reportees: 2–3 members
3. Key Accountabilities
A. Asset Lifecycle Management
(Planning, Procurement, Storage, Installation, Commissioning, Upkeep, Refurbishment, Redeployment & Scrapping)
- Ensure spare availability for breakdowns and preventive maintenance (PM).
- Coordinate spare planning and inventory management with Backend and MEM; manage slow-moving/obsolete stock.
- Maintain warehouse hygiene and ensure FIFO compliance.
- Achieve refurbishing targets within defined timelines and budgets.
- Deploy assets as per monthly Sales AOP.
- Support MEEs in market execution and manage escalations effectively.
B. Asset Tracking & Upkeep
- Coordinate with Sales to ensure proper documentation of mismatched assets.
- Conduct regular visits to service vendors and monitor PM and field service team performance.
