Job Summary
We are looking for a System Maintenance Executive to manage and maintain the company's computer systems, network infrastructure, hardware, software, and IT-related requirements. The candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations and provide timely technical support to employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and applications.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and basic network infrastructure.
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software-related issues.
- Troubleshoot system, network, printer, email, and connectivity problems.
- Maintain user accounts, access rights, and system permissions.
- Perform regular system updates, antivirus checks, and security maintenance.
- Monitor data backup and ensure important company data is properly backed up.
- Maintain IT asset records, software licenses, and equipment inventory.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.
- Support CCTV, biometric attendance, access-control systems, and other IT-enabled systems.
- Maintain proper documentation of IT complaints, repairs, replacements, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure IT systems are available and functioning properly for daily business operations.
- Assist in implementing IT security policies and data protection practices.
- Provide support for ERP / SAP Business One users and coordinate with the ERP support team for technical issues.
- Support system integration and connectivity requirements between departments.
- Prepare periodic IT maintenance and issue reports for management.
SAP Business One Knowledge
- Basic to good working knowledge of SAP Business One (SAP B1).
- Provide first-level support to users for SAP B1-related system issues.
- Coordinate with SAP consultants/vendors for technical and application-related issues.
- Support user access, system connectivity, reports, and basic troubleshooting.
- Understanding of SAP B1 integration with inventory, production, purchase, sales, and accounts modules will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in manufacturing, steel, engineering, factory, or industrial environments will be preferred.
Experience
3–6 years of experience in IT system maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.Sc. / BCA / B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Relevant IT certifications will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,656.11 - ₹27,922.95 per month
