Role Overview:
We are hiring a Learning & Experience Manager to manage customer interactions, handle refund queries, and drive retention efforts.
As a key individual contributor, you will:
- Be the single point of contact for customer support
- Handle refund queries
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication
- Drive retention strategies and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Ensure customer satisfaction with timely follow-ups
Eligibility:
- Degree in Management/Marketing/Communication or related field
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving ability
- Ability to handle tough cases with patience
- Applicants with 1 year of experience in a similar role are preferred.
- Freshers with very good communication are welcome.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
