Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative vision, content strategy, and overall direction of podcast productions
- Plan and execute podcast episodes, including guest coordination, scripting, recording, and publishing
- Manage and coordinate hosts, guests, editors, videographers, and production teams
- Oversee audio-video production quality, including studio setup, multi-camera recordings, and post-production
- Ensure engaging storytelling, brand consistency, and audience-focused content across all episodes
- Collaborate with marketing teams to maximize podcast reach, audience engagement, and content performance
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in podcasting, media production, digital content, broadcasting, or video production
- Strong storytelling, content planning, and creative direction skills
- Hands-on experience with audio/video production tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition, Audacity, or similar software
- Strong understanding of YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and other digital content distribution platforms
- Excellent project management, team coordination, and communication abilities
- Must be flexible to work as per business and production requirements
- Immediate Joiner preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
