As a Web Developer Lead, you'll take on a pivotal leadership role in our engineering team, combining technical expertise with people management skills. You'll lead development teams, architect complex solutions, and drive technical innovation while ensuring high-quality, scalable web applications.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and career development
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern full stack technologies
- Architect solutions for complex technical challenges and ensure system scalability and security
- Establish and maintain development best practices, coding standards, and quality processes
- Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential adoption
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and team productivity
- 6-8 years of full stack development experience with proven leadership capabilities
- Expert-level proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
- Strong backend development skills in Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java
- Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, API design and implementation
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
