Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) – Coastal Cuisine to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing authentic coastal dishes, maintaining high food quality standards, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations. The candidate should be capable of managing their assigned section while delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic coastal cuisine as per standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Manage the assigned kitchen section and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Ensure timely preparation and service of food during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events.
- Supervise and guide Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants.
- Monitor food preparation to minimize wastage and control food costs.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in accordance with HACCP and hotel policies.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of food ingredients.
- Coordinate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef for menu planning and daily operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is used and maintained properly.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Commis specializing in Coastal Cuisine within a hotel, resort, or fine-dining restaurant.

- Strong knowledge of coastal cuisine, seafood preparation, and regional cooking techniques.
- Expertise in food presentation and plating.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per hour
