- Strong SAP BASIS Administration with 8+ years of hands-on experience
- SAP ECC & S/4HANA installation, configuration, upgrades and support
- S/4HANA upgrades, EhP & Kernel upgrades using SUM, DMO & SWPM
- SAP Solution Manager 7.2 / Cloud ALM / CHARM / FRUN
- SAP landscape provisioning, migration and RISE with SAP
- Brownfield, Greenfield & Selective Data Transition projects
- Data migration, ETL, reconciliation & cutover planning
- HANA & Oracle Database Administration and Oracle-to-HANA migration
- SAP Fiori configuration & troubleshooting
- SAP PO / MII Basis configuration
- SSL, SSO, SAML & certificate management
- HA/DR, RTO/RPO, performance tuning & system optimization
- SAP BTP and NetWeaver
- Backup, restore, disaster recovery, transport management & monitoring
- SAP security, user/role administration and troubleshooting
- Strong stakeholder, vendor & cross-functional communication
Good to Have
- SAP Certified Technology Specialist – System Conversion / S/4HANA Upgrade
- OS/DB Migration certification
- RISE with SAP project experience
- SAP ECS / Hyperscaler partner collaboration
- Hypercare, technical de-escalation & risk management
- Strong technical documentation / SOP experience
