Job Summary
We are looking for a Service Engineer who is experienced in electrical testing, troubleshooting, and technical support. The candidate should have strong knowledge of outdoor and façade lighting products, including DMX controller-based systems. Responsibilities include installation support, fault analysis, maintenance of service records, and providing technical assistance for site projects and sample mockups.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting and servicing of outdoor lighting products.
- Provide installation support and technical troubleshooting for façade lighting projects using DMX controllers.
- Analyze failed components and coordinate with the QA department for corrective actions.
- Conduct testing and analysis of electrical products and systems.
- Maintain service reports, technical documents, and service records properly.
- Support the sales team with sample mockups and product demonstrations at customer sites.
- Visit customer locations for installation, inspection, and issue resolution when required.
- Ensure timely closure of customer complaints and technical issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Follow safety standards and company procedures during service activities.
Candidate Profile
- Qualification - Graduate Engineer – Electrical or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience - 3 to 6 years
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and lighting products.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and testing.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Willingness to travel for site support and service activities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
