Are you an MBA student or a recent graduate looking to build a career in Sales, Business Development, or SaaS? We're looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Representative (BDR) Intern to help us grow our customer base by reaching out to potential clients across India.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on B2B sales experience while working with a fast-growing technology startup.

Tenant is a modern Property Management & Bookkeeping SaaS platform built specifically for PG (Paying Guest) owners and multi-unit property managers in India.
Our platform helps property owners simplify their daily operations by offering:

Your Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential PG owners and property managers.
- Make outbound cold calls and follow-up calls.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule product demos.
- Maintain CRM records and daily activity reports.
- Build relationships with prospective customers.
- Work closely with the founders to help grow the business.
Who We're Looking For
- MBA students (Marketing/Sales preferred) or recent graduates.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
- Confident speaking with business owners over the phone.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and internet research.
