HR Manager - Job description
Work Experience: 10-15 years of HR management experience, specifically in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, MBA, or MSW
Key Responsibilities
- Able to manage HR activities & policies throughout the company.
- Responsible for recruiting skilled & unskilled manpower requirements.
- Responsible for fulfilling all statutory, legal, EHS, pollution & POSH requirements.
- Responsible for organizing training activities of all levels of the organization.
- Responsible for monitoring proper control over contract labour.
- Responsible for assigning manpower resources at all levels for proper utilization & control.
- Responsible for ensuring that all employees across the organization adhere to company policies.
- Responsible for monitoring periodic employee performances & presenting to the management.
Skills & Talents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between management & industrial staff.
- Strong understanding of labour laws and other statutory requirements.
