Green Stapler helps clients recover investments in shares, mutual funds, and other financial assets. We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to join our team and coordinate with clients, Registrars & Transfer Agents (RTAs), and internal teams to ensure smooth case execution.
Job Summary
As a Client Follow-up & Coordination Executive, you will be responsible for managing client communication, following up on pending cases, coordinating with RTAs, and ensuring timely progress of assigned cases. This role is coordination-focused and requires excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Provide regular case updates through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Follow up with clients for pending documents, information, and approvals.
- Coordinate with RTAs such as KFintech, Link Intime, Bigshare, Cameo, and MUFG Intime.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely processing of cases.
- Track case progress and update CRM/internal trackers.
- Resolve routine queries and escalate critical issues when required.
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience throughout the case lifecycle.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred).
- Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in client coordination, customer support, back-office operations, etc.
- Experience working with RTAs or handling RTA coordination will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
