Will be responsible for pre-screening calls to analyse applicants’ abilities and role fit.

Willing to learn US tax terms & IT/software skills and technology terms.
•
Willingness to learn and exhibit negotiation skills, which is one of the most imperative skills for a recruiter.
•
Willingness to work in a fast phased environment.
•
Excellent written and verbal communication with very strong accent and active listening skills.
•
Well versed in outlook, google and Microsoft.
•
Having a learning urge always and staying up to date with new technologies terms.
•
Willingness to adopt to the company work culture with a Positive mind & with a passion to grow along with the organisation.
