About the Role
Firstcry Intellitots Preschool & Daycare is seeking an experienced and dynamic Center Head to lead the overall operations, admissions, parent engagement, staff management, and academic excellence of our center.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool and daycare center.
- Drive admissions, enrollments, and parent engagement initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Ensure high standards of child safety, care, and learning.
- Maintain excellent parent relationships and address concerns effectively.
- Plan and execute events, programs, and marketing activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
- Monitor center performance and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Education, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in preschool, daycare, education, or center management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Experience in admissions counseling and customer relationship management.
- Ability to manage operations, academics, and business targets simultaneously.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
