Arise Web Technology is hiring a creative and motivated social media executive to manage and grow the company’s presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and audience engagement.

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: 5.5 Days (Alternate Saturdays Off)

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and brand visibility
- Create basic creatives using Canva or coordinate with the design team
- Write captions, hashtags, and promotional content
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviour
- Respond to messages and comments and engage with followers
- Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams for campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Good communication and creative writing skills
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools
- Familiarity with social media analytics is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
