About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR documentation while working closely with experienced HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and HR records.
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documents.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and events.
- Update attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Support payroll documentation and HR administrative tasks.
- Prepare HR reports using MS Excel.
- Perform other HR-related duties assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
