Job Summary:
Sekel Technologies is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate to support
the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR
operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR
processes, maintaining employee records, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
● Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
● Coordinate the onboarding process, including documentation, orientation, and
induction sessions.
● Maintain and update the recruitment database.
2. Employee Engagement:
● Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
● Collect and analyze employee feedback to improve workplace satisfaction.
● Assist in organizing training programs and workshops.
3. HR Operations:
● Maintain accurate employee records, including personal details, attendance, and
leave management.
● Support payroll processing by collecting attendance data and verifying employee
information.
● Handle employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
4. Compliance & Documentation:
● Ensure proper documentation and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
● Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and official communications.
● Support audits by providing necessary HR-related documents.
5. Performance Management:
● Assist in coordinating performance appraisal processes.
● Maintain records of performance evaluations and development plans.
● Follow up on goal-setting and employee development activities.
6. General HR Support:
● Provide administrative support to the HR team in day-to-day operations.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR-related initiatives.
● Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information.
7. Vendor Management
- Coordinate with recruitment vendors, consultants, background verification agencies, and training partners.
- Maintain vendor records, agreements, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
- Evaluate vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of services.
8.Administration & Facility Management
- Support day-to-day administrative activities, including office operations and facility management.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, internet, stationery, and other office service providers.
- Manage office supplies, asset records, and procurement requirements.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and address administrative concerns promptly.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● 1-2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
● Strong understanding of HR functions, processes, and best practices.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools (e.g., HRMS, ATS).
● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
