Job Summary
We are seeking a result-oriented and customer-focused Relationship Manager to drive life insurance sales through the Bancassurance channel. The role involves working closely with partner bank branches, building strong relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and strengthen relationships with assigned bank branches and key stakeholders
2. Generate life insurance business through the bancassurance channel
3. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
4. Conduct joint sales calls with bank staff to convert leads into business
5. Provide product training and regular updates to bank employees
6. Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions
7. Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to compliance guidelines
8. Track leads, follow up effectively, and ensure timely policy issuance
9. Provide post-sales service and maintain long-term customer relationships
