Candidates may apply for Graphic Design, Video Editing, or both, depending on their strengths.
What we’re looking for
1–2 years of relevant experience in graphic design and/or video editing.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools such as Canva, Figma, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, etc.
A strong portfolio showcasing your design and/or video work.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver within tight timelines.
Comfortable receiving and incorporating feedback quickly.
Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
Nice to Have:
Experience with social impact organisations, startups, nonprofits, or innovation ecosystems.
Basic knowledge of animation and motion graphics.
Familiarity with accessibility considerations in design and video content.
Assignment:
The assignment is included in the Job Description.
Candidates are requested to review the assignment details in the JD and complete the relevant task based on the skill area(s) they are applying for.
Video Editing: Create a 40–90 second vertical (9:16) reel using stock footage that communicates how technology can transform a lived experience for persons with disabilities, with a focus on innovation and empowerment rather than a charity-driven narrative.
Graphic Design: Create a 5–7 slide LinkedIn carousel raising awareness about Assistive Technology, covering what it is, why it matters, examples and applications, its impact, and a clear takeaway or call to action.
Submission timeline: Completed assignments should be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the assignment.
