Job Title : Manager - Trade Operations

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations for primary market products, including IPOs, Debt Issues, OFS, Buybacks, and Tender Offers.
- Execute daily operational activities across IPO, Debt, Mutual Fund, and Securities Lending & Borrowing (SLB) segments.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and operational policies.
- Prepare MIS reports, operational dashboards, and provide audit-related data and insights.
- Assess the impact of business, regulatory, and technology changes on operational processes.
- Coordinate with technology teams to implement system enhancements and resolve operational issues.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of business operations.
Requisites
- Bachelor//'s or Master//'s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of primary market operations, IPOs, Debt Issues, OFS, Buybacks, and Tender processes.
- Good understanding of regulatory frameworks, book-building processes, and capital market operations.
- Experience in MIS reporting, audit support, and operational data analysis.
- Ability to work with business and technology teams for process enhancements and issue resolution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with high accuracy.
