- Billing & Payments: Process payments for consultations, admissions, lab tests, and pharmacy, often using hospital billing software.
- Customer Service: Handle patient inquiries about bills and payments politely.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with health finance regulations.
- Insurance Coordination: Verify and process insurance claims and TPA payments.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile daily collections with receipts and prepare cash
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
