“This is a Production Manager position in an Air Dry Clay manufacturing factory in Bhiwandi. Your main responsibility will be to manage the daily production process, including mixing, batching and packing of clay. You will also check the quality and consistency of the product, manage raw materials and reduce wastage.
You will be handling around 10–20 workers and will also oversee machines like mixers, kneaders and extruders. We are looking for someone who has experience in clay, putty, POP, adhesive, paint, polymer, dough or similar manufacturing.”
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
