Job Summary:
As an Academic Mentor – Mathematics, you will play a key role in helping students develop a strong foundation in math through one-on-one or small group sessions. You will provide academic support, mentorship, and motivation tailored to each student's unique learning style and pace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized tutoring sessions in Mathematics for students from KG-12th Grade
- Assess student's strengths, weaknesses, and learning goals.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies and study plans.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to both students and parents.
- Encourage a positive learning environment that builds confidence and academic interest.
- Maintain regular communication with academic coordinators regarding student performance and progress.
- Stay updated with curriculum changes and teaching methods.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- Prior experience in tutoring or mentoring students in math (preferred).
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain concepts clearly and simply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
