Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP TRM Trainer to deliver professional training programs in Treasury and Risk Management. The candidate should have extensive industry experience and the ability to train aspiring SAP consultants through practical and real-world business scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical SAP TRM training sessions.
- Train candidates on Treasury Operations, Cash Management, Liquidity Planning, and Risk Management processes.
- Develop training content, assignments, and project-based exercises.
- Deliver real-time business scenarios and case studies.
- Conduct assessments and monitor learner progress.
- Provide guidance on SAP implementation methodologies and best practices.
- Support curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- 10–12 years of SAP TRM experience.
- Strong knowledge of Treasury & Risk Management processes.
- Experience in Cash Management, Banking Integration, Liquidity Planning, Financial Transactions, and Risk Analysis.
- SAP S/4HANA Treasury experience preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Experience in SAP implementation projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP TRM Certification preferred.
- Prior corporate training experience will be an added advantage.
