Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen relationships with OEMs, panel builders, transformer manufacturers, switchgear companies, EPC contractors, and industrial clients across domestic and international markets.
The ideal candidate should possess strong B2B sales experience, technical understanding of electrical insulation products, and the ability to generate new leads while managing key customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in transformer, switchgear, solar, railway, electrical panel, and industrial sectors.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, industry databases, exhibitions, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, consultants, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
- Expand the company’s presence in domestic and export markets.
Sales & Client Management
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to customers.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
Market Research
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Identify emerging opportunities in electrical insulation and FRP industries.
- Provide strategic feedback to management for business expansion.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Submit weekly and monthly business development reports to management.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
Branding & Networking
- Represent the company at industrial exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.
- Promote company products through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and industry platforms.
- Enhance brand visibility among target industries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in B2B industrial sales/business development.
- Experience in electrical insulation materials, FRP products, switchgear, transformers, electrical components, or industrial manufacturing will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and LinkedIn networking.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business meetings.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of FRP, G10/FR4, epoxy insulation products, and industrial applications.
- Understanding of OEM sales processes.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
