About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in IT sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify leads through various channels (LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, Upwork, Apollo.io, Mautic, Zoom info, Salesforce )
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions/services
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
- Coordinate with internal teams (tech, marketing) to ensure smooth project handover
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written)
- Basic understanding of IT services (web development, mobile apps, SaaS, etc.)
- Knowledge of sales processes and lead generation techniques
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
- Good negotiation and convincing skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and email marketing tools
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services is a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
