Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, convert prospects into long-term business partners, and contribute to the organization's revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills and thrive in a target-oriented environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Client Acquisition
· Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, social media, field visits, and other lead generation activities.
· Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
· Conduct meetings with prospective clients and understand their business objectives.
· Present suitable business solutions and prepare proposals.
· Negotiate commercial terms and close business opportunities.
· Achieve individual sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
· Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
· Ensure seamless handover after project confirmation.
· Maintain regular follow-ups to encourage repeat business and referrals.
· Deliver a professional customer experience.
Market Research & Business Growth
· Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
· Share market insights with management.
· Identify new markets, partnerships and business opportunities.
Sales Operations & Reporting
· Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
· Ensure timely follow-ups and pipeline management.
· Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
Additional Responsibilities
· Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Manager or Management that are aligned with the role, business requirements, and organizational objectives.
Qualifications & ExperienceEducational Qualification
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
· Candidates with relevant sales experience from other educational backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
Professional Experience
· Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or similar roles.
· Experience managing the complete sales cycle.
· Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
Additional Requirements
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Comfortable interacting with business owners and decision-makers.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office is an advantage.
