Job Title
OT Developer
Must-Have Skills
- Strong expertise in PLC programming using STL, FBD, and Ladder Logic, along with object-oriented programming
(preferably in Siemens TIA Portal and CODESYS)
- Hands-on experience in SCADA/HMI development using tools such as
Siemens WinCC, Ignition, or AVEVA System Platform
- Solid understanding of industrial communication protocols:
- OPC DA / OPC UA
- Modbus
- EtherNet/IP
- Experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS), such as
DeltaV or Siemens PCS 7
- Proficiency in UI design and prototyping for industrial applications
- Experience with database and backend technologies:
- Microsoft SQL Server
- .NET Framework
Good-to-Have Skills
- Advanced experience with:
- Siemens TIA Portal
- Siemens WinCC
- Hands-on experience with MTP (Module Type Package) implementation
- Knowledge of modern integration technologies:
- Familiarity with software engineering best practices:
- Automated testing frameworks
- Version control using GitHub
- Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Ansible
- CI/CD pipelines for industrial automation systems
- Experience with modern deployment and monitoring tools:
- Docker
- Virtualization technologies
- Monitoring tools like Prometheus
- Exposure to messaging and backend technologies:
- Familiarity with industrial standards:
- Experience working in Agile environments (preferably Nexus framework)
- Awareness of AI solutions and their application in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
